A tumbling programme for intermediate to advanced levels!

Our tumbling programme is an intermediate to advanced programme for 10 to 17-year-old players. We emphasise the development of intermediate to advanced tumbling skills without requiring a significant time commitment.
Others use it to maintain fitness and develop new skills after retiring from gymnastics or acrobatics. Tumbling can also serve as an entry point into our AcroSquad programme.
The options are limitless!


Individualized instruction allows athletes to create their unique skill set!

The programme is engaging and individualised, with a heavy emphasis on taking responsibility for one’s own education and assisting others.
These are the prerequisites for this course:
- Backflip round-off
- Front handspring
- Front sault
These skills can be executed on either the floor or the tumble track. Our coaches will assist you in setting goals and developing a strategy to attain them.
The class is structured as follows:
- Warm-up and flexibility exercises
- Power, conditioning, and health
- Tumbling floor drills and progressions
- Drills and progressions for trampoline tumbling utilising the tumble track and double mini trampoline.
- Calm down
